My guess is a residence with 40 population for level1, 55 level2, 70 level3, 85 level4, 100 level5 and 115 level6

This building made my mind...
I'm imagining two childs John and Mary, who were lost in a forest and found this house... They came to the gingerbread house, which was owned by a very gentle lady. Inside the house, the kids are living a parfect dream: eating all they can eat, candys, lollipops, chocolates, etc. But it was too good to be true. All of this was part of an evil plan, and the gentle lady was actually a malefic witch, whose intention was to fatten John and Mary, to eat both of the chubby kids with barbecue sauce at dinner... The story unfolds from there

well, I think I'll write a short story about it someday
