What is the "Settlers HQ" that cannot longer be moved? Is the mayor House ?????

@MrMagooo, as moving this building may trigger locked zone errors, it's for the best that with this new game version the Settlers HQ can no longer be moved. Getting a locked zone on your account impedes your gameplay (you can no longer play or access certain zones), so we're doing our best to prevent this from happening.
