How the accuracy of the troops and generals work during battles?

With all the last upgrades, the market gone into a deep crisis, this game is not only adventure but market too, we need to valorize basic resources so players come back to trade (especially low/medium level players).
Why do not make a new building , buffer creator for example , to use steel , iron , logs, etc, to make collectables (1 = scarecrow : 200 tools + 1000 wheat ; 1 standard : 150 iron bar + 500 logs + 200 tools, and so on ) or buffers ?
