New skills and Skill Tree for Generals in the Science System

Dear Settlers,

With the upcoming update of the Science System, a third skill tree will become available for every player.
After the deployment on May 16, 2017 it will be possible to set and adjust Skills for your Generals!

well, since last update in skills on tsotest, was told that the current skills (on tsotest) weren't final, and some changes would happen
what I see now is the SAME skill tree that was on tsotest. what happened? where are the final changes?
