NEW FEATURES

The new skill tree for generals will be introduced; tooltips and battle reports will now display the additional skills.
Read all the details in the Dev Diary (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com.br/threads/17081-Dev-Diary-Skill-Tree-for-Generals).
The construction and deconstruction time for all generals' garrisons will be halved.
The shop limit will be increased for the following specialists: Master of Defence, Master of Martial Arts, Veteran, Battle Hardened General, Savage Scout and Lucky Explorer, depending on the number of these specialists already owned.

CHANGES & IMPROVEMENTS
The amount of resources under production will now be displayed in the provision house, similar to the amount of buffs in the production queue.
The UI for deleting items from the Star Menu has been adjusted in order to avoid confusion.
Quest notifications will no longer pop-up while setting up defenses of a claimed colony.
Enemy units pertaining to the archipelago will not respawn any longer after being defeated with battle buffs.
When inviting a player into your adventure, an avatar message will be displayed again and the news channel message will be updated accordingly.
The system notification for canceling/leaving an adventure will display the respective adventure name at all times.
Localization adjustment in "The Lost City" adventure.
The smoke animation of epic work yards will be displayed again when the production is active.
The rules for how percentage-based changes to combat attributes work have been adjusted. Combat attributes are now always rounded down. This increases the impact of Champion Vargus’ damage reduction trait against certain enemies.
The background will now be locked upon deleting items from the Star menu.
The new action pop-up will now open the corresponding page in the help archive.
DE ONLY: The PvP term "Stufe" will be consistent throughout the game
Decorative buildings will now show a different teardown text, which does not mention buffs when attempting to destroy them.
Sector hotkeys should now react in all situations.
Stuck quests from Christmas 2015 and Easter 2016 events will be removed from the quest book.
Unit portraits above garrisons and enemy camps are now displayed in the order in which they will get targeted by opponents (barring special abilities).
Cannoneers' ability to deal bonus damage when destroying defeated enemy camps has been renamed "Demolition" and extended to Besiegers.
The ability formerly referred to as "attacks weak targets first" or deviations of that has been renamed to "Flanking".

The following changes and improvements were added to this game version:

CHANGES & IMPROVEMENTS
"Setting the foundation" quest will mention the epic woodyard only
Capitalization changes in the name of certain adventures for consistency reasons
Building tabs' tooltips will now display the text in expedition defence mode

Important note on the Specialists' Skill Tree

The special skills of the Lucky, Intrepid and Courageous Explorer are now technically implemented as traits. Even with no invested books, the affected actions (such as a Treasure search) are highlighted in yellow when affected by one of the Specialist's special skills.

Example: A Lucky Explorer has a chance of finding an extra buff. When sending it in a treasure hunt, the treasure searches are highlighted as they are all affected. However, these skills are not visible yet in mouse hover.

Dear players,
http://static.cdn.ubi.com/0034/archive/Website_ger/News/NPC_General.png
The "First aid" skill from the Generals' Skill Tree allows your general to recover 3/6/9% of lost units after every combat. However, if you trained your General with this skill, you might have noticed that the population overview hasn't been counting these units correctly. Revived units were not accounted for, having been identified by the system as unemployed settlers. This led to players having as many units as the population cap allowed for.

The necessary adjustments to the skill are being implemented with today's special deployment. The Settler population limit will be recalculated, which takes longer than a standard game update. The "First Aid skill" will then work according to its design. You will not lose any troops. If the total amount of Settlers (troops, workers, unemployed) is higher than your population limit, you cannot produce any new Settlers until the amount is lower than the limit once again.
