Árvore de presentes não exibe resultados

Agora já é a terceira semana que não sei o que veio nas minhas árvores.

Na primeira enquanto a janela estava rodando a ampulheta eu cliquei em outro lugar e ai ela desapareceu. Ok, falha minha (?).

Na segunda semana tomei cuidado para não repetir o erro. Fiquei por 5 minutos olhando a ampulheta até desistir.

E na terceira semana nem janela com ampulheta apareceu.

Precisa mudar isto. Não sei o que ganhei. Nem sei se ganhei algo! Em vez de aparecer só na janela e ai ir direto para o menu estrela sugiro que vá para as mensagens primeiro onde poderemos ver o que veio e então aceitar.

This is more of a visual glitch. In all of the accounts I've checked, the items (gifts) were added to the player's account even if there was no animation or if the animation bugged. Also, the team is aware of this and a solution will be implemented in a future update.

Bom dia, aqui mesmo problema também, já demoli, reconstruí, mudei de posição mas quando aparece o presente e clico nele, ele apenas some sem eu saber resultado algum.

Similar to other Mystery boxes in the game, you should wait for the (roulette) animation to finish and not click on the green check box or anywhere on your screen if you want see the item that you will receive. Otherwise the Gift Christmas Tree Box (Caixa de Árvore de Natal de presente) animation will close and whatever item you would have received from it will just be sent to your inventory in an instant.
