Problema com as mensagens dos exploradores

Venho notando há já algum tempo que há algo de errado com as mensagens dos exploradores.Ontem quando saí do jogo tinha todos os exploradores em buscas.Hoje quando iniciei o jogo tinham chegado 29 exploradores,no entanto apenas 23 mensagens.Isto tem se vindo a repetir em diversas ocasiões mas tive que me certificar antes de relatar o fato.Hoje não tenho mais dúvidas.Em situação normal já é um problema que prejudica,mas em eventos e temos um próximo a situação torna-se mais séria.

I've been noticing for some time that there is something wrong with the explorers' messages. Yesterday when I left the game I had all the explorers in search. Today when I started the game 29 explorers had arrived, however only 23 messages.This repeat on several occasions but I had to make sure before reporting the fact. Today I have no more doubts.In a normal situation it is already a problem, but in events and we have one in short time the situation becomes more serious.

O mesmo aqui. Sao tantos exploradore que nao consigo controlar. Mas tenho um lote de 8 que chegam a meio da tarde ao mesmo tempo e durante toda a semana zero mensagens. Mas venho notando este problema desde o inicio do ultimo evento.

How can I provide a screen shot that can show for example that today I just counted 23 messages?I can show only 8 at a time as the messages box only have 8 visible messages at a time.I would need about 3 screenshots to show the messages and another screen shot for the amount of explorers,but this hardly can be accepted as evidence.
The issue it is that today again when I went back to the game I had 27 explorers arrived during the time I was off and only 23 messages as explorers searches.This don't happen all the time,at least with me,it is more like randomly,some times the number of messages match the explorers arrived some times there are some messages missing.
I'll try to do screen shots next time...

As I said I got the screen shots for today.When I loged on I had 37 explorers arrived but only 30 messages from explorers searchs so it is missing 7 messages.At the moment it is not a big deal for me,even though it is something needed to be fixed but soon we will have another event and if keep on this we players will lose some of the event resources that the explorers are supposed to bring after searchs.

As I said before it is not easy to prove that those messages are all what I got,but I'm honest here.I'm not claiming any sort of compensation or anything else.I just want this to be sorted in order that we get the right message for every single explorer.

As I expected to happen today I got 8 explorers messages but it did arrived 22 explorers so it is quite bad for the event.This need to be fixed!

Unfortunately the problem with explorers messages keep on a daily basis.Some times its just one or two messages missing,some times it is more.
But today I notice something that I didn't notice before.While I'm online I got 2 explorers messages but amazing no explorer did come back from searchs...weird!
