Update - 15/12/21
Dear settlers,
We have made the following adjustments/clarifications:
- The Christmas Event will now start on Friday, 17th of December at 09:00 UTC, in order to ensure a smooth start for all players. The event will be extended to compensate for this delay.
We apologise for any confusion or frustration caused.

We heard your comments about the upgrade costs of the winter residence.
The upgrade costs of 4500 presents and 4500 grout for the Winter residence are balanced as intended for this event. However, we read all your feedback and will take this info into account for the re-balancing of the next event.

Terrible experience. The last maintenance didn't present any improvement.
The game continues taking 15 to 20 minutes to carry, freezing several times, lags, continues selecting explorer, general and geologists that it was not what chose, to do big adventure with several generals is a torture to carry troop, to select the general that wants and to order it for the battle.
Finally, to play TSO today is a challenge the patience of any human being.
