[Feedback] New Downloadable Client

Mesmo problema -- File loading failed! Please check your network connection, clean your browser cache or try again later.

Dear settlers,

When installing the new download client, please do not download the client as administrator (because you cannot start the client as administrator) and do not change the folder that is noted in the installation directory. If it is "only" installed, it should work. Changing the default download setup could cause issues.

If you receive a "Your client could not be updated..." message, please provide your Windows OS version and the browser you're using so we can look into this further.

I've reported the issue. You can try again after some time.

In the meantime, reboot your network or use another network and PC to sign in to the game. This is to make sure that this is not a local network issue.

Gastei uma grana com o jogo pra não conseguir entrar no jogo e sério isso

acho que vão resolver isso, temos que ter paciência e esperar. 1 dia sem entrar não e problema, só enviar depois 1 mina de diamantes pra cada jogador :D
