United we stand, divided we fall

An union is not just an empire, an union is not just an army, an union is not a dictatorship. An union is an amalgamation of individuals each endowed with unique and special features that decide gather towards a common goal.
So we do not have an emperor or general to order, much less a dictator to dictate the rules.
Like any union endowed with exceptional individuals we choose our destiny, our actions, our ideals. We are a Spartan infantry, a Viking attack group, a Turkish cavalry. Our shields protect our ally, our brother. We attack our enemies with the same fury that protects his closest.
Where others have failed individually, we shall triumph united, because united we are and invincible we will be.
Tremble, and despair enemies, because we are the United Settlers.

Recruitment Policy

• Minimum Level: more important than level is commitment and desire to play. Thus it is possible that players with level below 30 (preferably 26 +) can be allowed. Players with even lower levels, if they are recommended and show interest, may be externally monitored and as soon as they show the necessary commitment and maturity they will be readily integrated into the Guild.
• The US will fully support the required training so that inexperienced players become able to play at a high level quickly.
• The US has as principle not to charge for entrance. We don´t consider fair overtax freshmen players. These have other investment priorities. Since the entering, the US is concerned with the development of the members. All spaces in the guild are financed voluntarily by older members.
• For the same reason the US does not charge any weekly / monthly fees of its members. Transactions between members are encouraged, but will always be voluntary.
• Facilities offered to members: training, Insider Tips, buffer exchange, resources loan, help in finalizing personal and guild missions, helps to catch Loot, fun, friendship and personal and direct relationship between all members, regardless of level or post.

If you need help, ask! If you need one, we will give. Just don't forget: Communication is the key, so be present and we will be happy ... XD
