didnt receive a new experience map

hi im an old player and reactivated my island just after the event. For some reason i didn't receive the quest map for completion please help.

Hello PvGKai,

Are referring to the event daily quests wherein you are asked to complete a Retro themed scenario quest?

Please log out of the game and wait for at least 20 minutes (waiting this long is important so that the zone in-game shuts down), clear your browser's cache and your DNS cache then log back in.

If you still could not find the adventure in your Star menu, please contact the support team with the details. They will be more than happy to assist you.
