Dear players,

We are aware that some of you have not received a new set of the Easter Event quest this week. We are already looking into this and we will provide an update as soon as possible.

For anyone who did receive a new set of the Easter Event Quests but no Follow-up Quest, you can try logging out for at least 20 minutes. This will force a zone reset in your game and trigger the start of the next Follow-up Quest when you log back in.

Dear Settlers,

We are happy to inform you that the duration of the Easter Event will be extended!

Start of Removal Phase: 06.05.2019 11.05.2019 at 05:00 BRT (+5 days)
Complete deactivation: 13.05.2019 at 05:00 BRT

Please note that this extension will result in a shorter Removal Phase (only 2 days!).

Dear settlers,

We are aware that some of you either did not receive or unable to start the next set of the Easter Event Quest. We are still looking into it and are working on a solution. However, as you might have noticed, the end of the event is coming up. We would like to inform you; that you can collect Easter eggs through adventures/trades and other activities. As for the question of what happens with the missing quest, we are working on it and are considering solutions which vary in possibilities; not everything is bound to the removal phase and we are still considering the best way to take.

Therefore, please be patient and give us some time to find the best answer to your questions. We will consider which step to take and keep you informed.
