I got the same problem and I'm sorry to say that your reply do nothing about this.I did follow carefuly every single step.I'm 100% sure that I did it all in the right way and simple it doesn't work,sadly but no surprising for me.I play this game since it was on the Beta versin on UK server,then moved to the Brasil one,so it is about 9 years and I saw too many mistakes.The Devs hardly care about the players and the problems we face,like many times we did report problems on the test server and they bring to the live servers events with the same problems we did report.Last halloween event we had servers down over 24 hours and as a compensation what we got?Oh that misery of presents??!!Bloody hell,I had my camps without buffs over 24 hours and just for the nobles ones they were producing about 1k pumpkins a day with buff 400% and the prestigious friend buff,my explorers were not working during that time and they also could bring over 1k pumpkins... I got on average 20 pumpkins per explorer with about 60 not on search....Anyway,just hope this it isn't the end of the game for me,but if they don't fix the issue before the event start it will be...sadly!

KKK....vê-se que ainda há pessoas jogando. Faz tempo que não havia posts no fórum...muito bom...não levem tão a sério o jogo, daqui a umas horas/dias/semana volta a funcionar.

For BB_Sious: the same connecting problem here: "File loading failed! Please check your network connection, clean your browser cache or try again later."

Our people are not doing anything wrong. There is something wrong with the connection setup.

O client deve ser o mesmo para todos os servidores dos países, para alguns pode estar a funcionar, mas para o servidor do Brasil não está a fazer ligação. Alguma coisa no servidor da região do Brasil não está a aceitar o client. O client não deve ser muito diferente do testserver, e para esse server funciona que já o testei. Contudo, o servidor do Brasil não está a aceitar o client. Tão simples quanto isto. Fácil de resolver? Não sei, que não estou por dentro do desenvolvimento TSO client/server.

Há séculos que eles sabiam que o Flash já era. E teve que ser agora, nas vésperas do evento que eles resolveram mexer...putz
