Additional fixes for the Anniversary Event

CHANGES & IMPROVEMENTS

• UI: Fixed an issue with switching festival hall production values
• UI: Fixed an issue with the limitations of the event-bundles. They are now purchasable "x per Event"
• UI: Fixed a localization issue with the effects of the Petite Birthday Cake & Enormous Birthday Cake

The ingame description matches now the correctly stated dev diary effect descriptions
